  • Who is considered a "Beginning Teacher?"

    Typically, a Beginning Teacher or BT, is one that has three or less years of experience.

  • What if I only need a half-day workshop?

    You’re in luck! Partial Workshop options are available. Think of it this way: A “partial” would be a 4-hour session (1/2 of a Teacher Workday) and a full workshop would be an entire day’s worth.

  • Is coaching only available in Charlotte?

    No. Even though Charlotte is considered home base, services can be given in other cities in North and South Carolina.

  • Can I be coached if I'm not a Beginning Teacher?

    Absolutely! While the focus of MDouglas Consulting is to train BTs, we believe anyone can be a lifelong learner. If you are interested in coaching and are not considered “beginning”, contact us!

  • Are virtual workshops available?

    Virtual coaching sessions can be available but for shorter timeframes. Contact us for more information!

  • What subjects are available for coaching?

    MDouglas Consulting focuses on growing world language and Fine Arts teachers. Some elective courses could also be included, simply contact us for more information!
